This Cookie Policy explains how BLVD ("BLVD," "we," "us," or "our") uses cookies and similar tracking technologies on blvd.ph (the "Site") and related Services, including the Contributor Portal, Newsletter, Events, and advertising features. 1. What Are Cookies?

These cannot be disabled, as the Site will not function properly without them, and they do not require consent under applicable law. Functional / Preference Cookies Remember your settings and choices, such as saved articles in "My Library," display or language preferences, and Contributor Portal session settings. Analytics / Performance Cookies Help us understand how visitors interact with the Site — pages visited, articles read, engagement with the Writers Leaderboard, Rankings, and Spotlight features — so we can measure and improve performance. These are typically deployed via third-party analytics providers (see Section 4). Advertising / Sponsorship Intelligence Cookies Support our integrated sponsorship and advertising services by measuring campaign performance, frequency capping, and delivering aggregated or interest-based audience insights to brand partners. These cookies may track browsing activity across sessions and, where applicable, across other sites, to build a profile of interests relevant to advertising. Social Media Cookies Enable content-sharing features and embedded social media content (e.g., embedded posts, share buttons), which may be set by third-party platforms when you interact with such features.

3. Why We Use Cookies

We use cookies to: 1. Keep you securely logged in and remember your session; 2. Operate account-based features such as My Library and the Contributor Portal; 3. Understand Site traffic, readership trends, and content performance; 4. Personalize your experience and surface relevant editorial content; 5. Measure and improve the effectiveness of Newsletter and Event promotion; 6. Support the sponsorship intelligence and advertising services we provide to brand partners; 7. Detect, prevent, and investigate fraud, abuse, or security incidents.

Cookie Consent Tool Where required by applicable law, we display a cookie banner or preference center when you first visit the Site, allowing you to accept, reject, or customize non-essential cookies (e.g., analytics and advertising cookies). You can update your preferences at any time through the cookie preference link available on the Site (typically in the footer). Please note that blocking strictly necessary cookies may prevent parts of the Site (such as login or My Library) from functioning correctly. Advertising Opt-Outs You may also manage interest-based advertising cookies through industry opt-out tools, such as the Digital Advertising Alliance (DAA), the Digital Advertising Alliance of Canada (DAAC), the European Interactive Digital Advertising Alliance (EDAA/Your Online Choices), or your device's advertising ID settings. Do Not Track Some browsers offer a "Do Not Track" (DNT) signal. Because there is no common industry standard for recognizing DNT signals, the Site does not currently respond to them, though we honor applicable opt-out and consent requirements described in this Policy through our cookie preference tool.
