Hsien-Na Kuo is a Filipino-Taiwanese product engineer, AI builder, SaaS strategist, and lecturer based in the Philippines. She designs AI-powered products, builds SaaS platforms for North American companies, and develops e-commerce initiatives for brands across the Asia-Pacific region—bringing a global perspective to product strategy, emerging technologies, and digital innovation. Her work has earned some of Western Visayas' highest recognitions in technology, including the Top 1 Outstanding Youth in Technology (Gold Awardee), the Ada Lovelace Award for the region's most influential woman in technology, and the Technopreneur Award for advancing the regional innovation ecosystem. While at West Visayas State University, she founded SPARK Hub, the university's first technopreneurship organization, forging partnerships between academe, government, and industry to cultivate the next generation of innovators. Today, Kuo works at the intersection of artificial intelligence, product strategy, and entrepreneurship, helping organizations transform complex ideas into scalable digital products. Her writing explores the future of technology through a human lens, grounded in the belief that the most meaningful innovations are those that quietly improve the way people live, work, and connect.
